Refund policy

Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we maintain strict hygiene standards.

We accept returns within three business days of delivery, provided the item is unused,
unopened, and in its original packaging.

We do not accept returns on opened or used products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
